*Depend on cases, products will be delivered once the installment is finished, no refund will be made if you are fail to pay the agreed installment.

Refunds of any products bought through online purchases, reservations, transaction committed in Whatsapp will not be refunded unless the products are defective in which case a full refund* will be made subject to inspection.

Products in Specials Sales/ Functions may not be able to refund.
